Amazing family vibes!
The family room was perfect for us, and the staff were super friendly. Huge shoutout to "Elvis" for setting up the cot for baby Esmée! Anja made breakfast a treat and Campus kept it fun for my girls. Just wish the bathroom was a tad bigger.

Everything was very good, it had free wifi, nothing too much trouble. The service was good with an early check-in.

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags, which I still appreciate. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

The only thing that I liked is its location? There is the underground station next to the hotel and there is a shop that closes at 12
There was very poor breakfast for such a price ( I thought that 120 pounds for a night for a double will give me breakfast with some sandwiches at least? But there was musli, cornflakes, fruit and toasts with jam), moreover there is only one towel for a person? Should I take some towels travelling, I am used to havind two-three towels for every person in European hotels, Austrian, German, etc. As for wi-fi - it's also poor, they block a lot of information, for example yandex.ru, websites of different pubs and so on.

A bath in the shared bathroom was a plus.

Quaint place with accommodating staff. Incredible location with an underground station close to the hotel. Good restaurant, for dinner. Tasty meal and good service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

We had a triple room booked well in advance so a good price.Location great for Royal albert hall where we were going.Lift tiny..2 Adults or 4 dwarfs but it gets the cases upstairs!!.Central location...scarey road crossing as no green men outside hotel at crossing so pretty dangerous..beware!!and inconsiderate London drivers.Clean and confortable room, helpful staff, good breakfast included in price altho for a little extra cooked one available.Would come back, value for money.
Horrible road crossing outside...not the hotels fault, but beware!!!!

The location was convenient for our trip.
The hotel did try to move us the day before our stay to another location a long way from our required destination, even though we had booked three months in advance, this caused a lot of bad feeling. Our room was cramped with no toiletries, it was booked as a deluxe room there was no evidence of this.

Friendly staff, lovely reception area, great location.
There was not enough in the way of drinks facilities offered in the room, the mini bar was empty, there were no shower/ soaps in the bathroom and minimal towels, plus tiny bathroom.
